杨人杰

杨人杰，北京现代汽车有限公司轿车部兼生产技术部部长。2005年 7月进入北京现代汽车有限公司，2010年至2012年，参与完成北京现代第三工厂生 产线建设和新车型MD和DM投产项目。2015年至2017年，带领生产技术部团队和轿 车部团队完成了沧州工厂工艺规划、设备安装调试和智能制造体系搭建工作，推进 了YC和NU新车型的顺利投产。2018年，围绕北京现代“质•赢2018”的目标，深入践 行本地化2.0战略，打造智勇双全、创新增效的工作新格局。

Yang Renjie is the Director of Car Department and Production Technology Department of Beijing Hyundai Cangzhou Branch. He entered Beijing Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd, in July 2005 and has participated in the construction of the third plant production line of Beijing Hyundai and the new model of MD and DM completed project from 2010 to 2012. From 2015 to 2017, he has led the team of the Production Technology Department and the Car Department completing the work of the process planning, equipment installation and commissioning and the construction of intelligent manufacturing system of Cangzhou plant, which has promoted the smooth operation of the new YC and NU models. In 2018, focusing on the "quality • win 2018" goal of Beijing Hyundai, he thoroughly implements the localization 2.0 strategy to create a new work pattern of being intelligent and resourceful, innovative and effective.
