毕业于北京科技大学，获工学博士学位。曾任北京国际商联企业发展有限公司总经理、北京物美商业集团股份有限公司高级副总裁、银川新华百货商业集团股份有限公司董事长。现任物美控股集团有限公司高级副总裁，北京物美商业集团股份有限公司董事长。
