李森

文思海辉副总裁、战略计划与发展部总经理，负责集团战略规划制定、投资策略、战略合作等。李先生在信息化规划发展及顶层设计领域有超过10年的丰富经验，曾参与《国家政务信息化工程建设规划2011-2015》、《国家电子政务内网顶层设计》等项目，为中编办、卫计委、质检总局、食药总局等中央部门的十二五信息化规划工作做出突出贡献。

李先生拥有北京理工大学硕士学位，加入文思海辉之前，曾任清华大学信息技术研究院研究员。

Li Sen

Pactera vice president and general manager of Pactera’s strategic planning and development department, which is responsible for the group’s strategic planning, investment strategy, strategic partnerships, and so on. Mr. Li has over 10 years of experience in information planning development and high-level design sectors. He has been involved in such projects as the “National Government Informatization Project Construction 2011-2015” and the “National Internal Government Network Top Level Design Project”, where he made outstanding contributions to the information planning work of the 12th Five-Year Plan at the State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, the Food and Drug Administration and other central departments.

Mr. Li holds a master's degree from Beijing Institute of Technology, and before joining Pactera was a researcher at Tsinghua University Institute of Information Technology.

李氏は、Pacteraの副社長、戦略企画・開発部ジェネラルマネージャーとして、グループ戦略企画、投資戦略、戦略協力などの業務に携わっています。 李氏は、ＩＴ化に関する企画と開発、トップレベルデザインの分野に10年以上の経験があり、「国家政府情報工学建設計画2011-2015」、「国家の電子政府のイ ントラネットのトップレベルの設計」 などのプロジェクトに参加した経験もあります。また、中央機構編制委員会弁公室、衛生計画生育委員会、国家品質監督検査検疫総局、国家食品薬品監督管理総局など中央部門の第12次5か年計画の情報化計画にも貢献しています。

李氏は、北京理工大学にて修士号を取得し、Pacteraに入社する前は、清華大学の情報技術研究所で研究職に従事していました。
