Yi-Yuan Yueh is the Secretary-general of IT-Enabled Services Management Association. She is now leading a team promoting Star Audit, a scheme in Taiwan which is a 3rd party certification scheme for ensuring the security, data privacy protection & quality of cloud services. The aim is to establish a trustworthy environment for the cloud computing & service industry.

中国台湾IT化サービス協会（itSMA）の事務局長。近年は、クラウドサービス産業に必要なサービス水準管理やクラウドサービスの信頼性などの強化を目指し、全面的な信頼性を保証するクラウドサービス第三者スタークラス認証制度「Star Audit」の普及に尽力している。
