郭海滨，1992-1997年就读于清华大学，获工学博士。20多年从事高科技公司的经营和投资经历，春闱科技的联合创始人，现任春闱科技董事长。

With Guo Haibin is cofounder and Chairman of Beijing Chunwei Technology Co., Ltd, and he has more than 20 years of experience in operating and investing in high-tech companies. Mr. Guo studied at Tsinghua University from 1992 to 1997 and acquired a doctoral degree in engineering.
