l 医渡云合伙人；

l 原微软大中华区医疗行业总经理兼公共事业部政府事务总经理，曾于多家500强跨国IT公司，包括惠普，戴尔（中国）就任要职，在高科技领域拥有丰富的管理经验；

l 在微软期间，制定公共事业部发展战略及明确发展方向，参与产品营销管理、客户管理和销售策划执行。利用领先的科技技术帮助中国政府实现数字化转型，推动产业升级，将微软中国在云、大数据和人工智能方面的创新科技，带入至中国当地政府并建立战略合作，以此拉动基于当地产业的信息科技发展和经济增长；

l 毕业于西南交通大学，电气工程学士。

Zhang Shi

Zhang Shi is currently Yidu Cloud Technology Company Ltd partner. Previously, he was General Manager of Medical Industry and General Manager of Government Affairs of Public Utilities Department of Microsoft Greater China Region. He held important positions in many top 500 multinational IT companies, including Hewlett-Packard and Dell (China), and has rich management experience in high-tech fields. When working in Microsoft, he involved in formulating the development strategy and direction of the Public Utilities Department, and participated in product marketing management, customer management and sales planning. Using leading technologies, he and his team aimed to help the Chinese government achieve digital transformation, promote industrial upgrading, and bring Microsoft China's innovative technologies in cloud, big data and artificial intelligence into local governments of China and establish strategic cooperation, so as to promote the development of information technology and economic growth of local industries. He graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

l マイクロソフト働いていた間、部門別の成長戦略を策定し、発展の方向を明確にし、製品のマーケティング管理、顧客管理及び販売計画の実行に参加する。最先端のテクノロジを活用して、中国政府によるデジタル変革の実現、産業の高度化の促進、クラウド、ビッグデータ、人工知能におけるマイクロソフト中国の革新的なテクノロジの導入、そして地元産業の振興のための戦略的な協力を行い、現地産業に基づく情報科学技術の発展と経済成長を牽引する。

l 西南交通大学電気工学部を卒業した。
