现任菲律宾驻华使馆及菲律宾贸易投资中心商务参赞，代表菲律宾贸易与工业部主管菲律宾出口促进和外国投资工作，同时作为中国工作组组长分管菲律宾驻上海贸易投资中心和菲律宾驻广州贸易投资中心的工作。曾任驻巴黎、吉隆坡、芝加哥和新加坡商务官员。2011年9月至2012年5月和2004年3月至2005年6月任菲律宾贸易与工业部外国贸易服务司协调官，协调23个国家31个菲律宾贸易投资中心的出口和投资促进活动。菲律宾贸易投资中心是菲律宾贸易与工业部外国贸易服务司促进出口和吸引投资的前线机构。1982年菲律宾迪里曼大学商业经济专业毕业。

GLENN G. PEÑARANDA

He is currently the Commercial Counselor at the Philippine Trade & Investment Center (PTIC) of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Beijing. He represents the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) and leads the promotion of Philippine exports to and foreign investments from China. He also acts as China Team Leader working with PTIC-Shanghai and PTIC-Guangzhou. His previous postings were in Paris, Kuala Lumpur, Chicago and Singapore. He was the Coordinating Officer of the DTI-Foreign Trade Service Corps in September 2011 – May 2012 and in March 2004 – June 2005, coordinating the export and investment promotion activities of 31 PTICs in 23 countries. The PTIC is the frontline of the DTI-FTSC in major export markets and investment source countries. He graduated from the School of Economics, University of the Philippines-Diliman with a degree in B.S. Business Economics, Business/Managerial Economics in 1982.

在中国フィリピン大使館及びフィリピン貿易投資センターの商務参事官。フィリピン貿易工業部を代表し、フィリピンからの輸出促進及び外国投資業務を担当するとともに、中国ワーキンググループのグループ長として、在上海フィリピン貿易投資センター及び在広州フィリピン貿易投資センターの業務も担当している。これまでパリ、クアラルンプール、シカゴ及びシンガポールで、商務担当職員として勤務した。2011年9月～2012年5月及び2004年3月～2005年6月にかけて、フィリピン貿易工業部外国貿易サービス司の調整官を務め、23か国計31か所あるフィリピン貿易投資センターの輸出・投資促進活動の調整業務を行った。フィリピン貿易投資センターは、フィリピン貿易工業部外国貿易サービス司が輸出促進と投資誘致を行うための最前線の部署である。同氏は1982年にフィリピンのディリマン大学商業経済学科を卒業している。
